When I discovered the error I contacted Purch and spoke with Jessica, one of their customer service representatives. Jessica was friendly and courteous and immediately credited my account for the amount.
I am quite pleased with Purch Marketplace's prompt and professional customer service and will visit their website first when making purchases in the future.
