This was my first experience with Herb Chambers Lexus. I (still) own 2 Saabs and I have moved on reluctantly, but Greg Melanson made my transition very pleasant. He was a perfect salesman -- informative, knowledgeable and patient without pressure I had already been to Mercedes of Westwood and Herb Chambers Lincoln and test-drove vehicles there. The RX350 won me over and the Hingham Lexus team was terrific! Greg gave me his cell number and could not have made my deal any easier. I will definitely refer friends and family to him. I still have to program my navigation system, but I know that one of the team members will be more than willing to walk me through the process.
