I scheduled my service online. The experience was wonderful. I was greeted and assigned an adviser when I arrived, as I didn't select any specific adviser when scheduling my service appointment. Then I just got myself comfortable and started working - VPN'd into my company network using their WiFi. I was kept informed from time to time on the progress of the service. I didn't even notice how the time flew as I was busy working while they were servicing my car. Excellent!
