Really enjoyed my visit. Everything is very well organized. If you book online you get tickets in PDF or can just use kpass for your phone. Museum maps are available for free inside. For extra 5 you can get audio guide which gives you more in depth info. Otherwise all paintings have descriptions and extra details about Van Gogh life.
Photos are not allowed but it is possible to take few which is not worth it as there is not enough light for good quality.
Tickets are quite pricey but facility is well presented so it feels justified. There is wardrobe and bag storage which is optional but recommended as you will spend at least an hour walking around.
There are two gift shops inside which have Van Gogh style clothing, notepads, postcards and many small things.
