These guys are amazing. I was traveling for a marketing tour in a sprinter that has had an on going issue with the DEF system and was down to 5 restarts in SF. I called around to see if anyone could help me in the city to no avail. My local mechanic told me to try Autobahn so I called, figuring they were such a large operation they'd be too busy or wouldn't care about my situation. How wrong I was. Mikey told me to come in and he'd take care of it. I showed up and he came out to meet me, jumped into a courtesy van and lead me over to the service department. He introduced me to Nick the service manager and even had the Sprinter specialist Andrew come out to speak to me. Within an hour they had fixed the issue and topped off my DEF, for a grand total of $10.35. Despite being based out of the area and no relationship, these guys dropped everything to get me back on my tour and for that I am grateful. As the owner of a company that does experiential marketing tours with a fleet of Sprinters they have earned my business and when it comes time to add to the fleet or rotate new vans in I will only be calling Autobahn in the future. Thank you again to everyone at Autobahn. You are an example of how a business should be run.
