Overall the service experience is good. Mark is very kind person and made me comfort, and the service has done good and fast for the major issue. However, I asked to check my tire pressure since my front left tire has less pressure than the front right, but they did not make any adjustment - they said that they checked the car worth of $78 but they even did not fill up the washer fluid despite that the car keeps display warning message about washer fluid. So, I may not want to give the best rating.
