Same experience as the others who commented here. Insistent interlocutor who masquerades as my usual mutual. Forcing me to give a few digits code "to check my guarantees", I hung up immediately and did not give it. What does 30 million consumers do? Can not this company give strict orders and instructions to its independent brokers to have an honest business? Or check the honesty of their brokers before working with them? Or the commissions that they report to them are too important that they close their eyes? Lamentable and dangerous.
