nice waiting room ... & that's it. Scheduled to do...

nice waiting room ... & that's it. Scheduled to do an alignment at 9:30. Spent 3.5 hours waiting for service (promised to be complete within an hour). Not happy. Just hang up with service manager, he accused me of wanting "free staff". Month before they poke my tire... they didn't have it in stock, told me to be back tomorrow. Manager said, I should be happy they offered me a replacement ... with labor. not happy at all. if possible shop, service and repair your Toyota somewhere else....we are local and we love Tri Cities for an amazing community we live in, sadly local Toyota is not part of it.
