The zoo was great. The staff was disappointing. The woman in the front ticket booth was rude and unfriendly. Some staff did not seem to be happy working. The panda area needed to have someone there to direct the guest, it was congested for no reason, a long line was formed but once you got to the exhibit, all you saw was a bunch of people with strollers congregating in the area to stay out of the sun. The animals and exhibits were beautiful, I just feel for it to be more enjoyable the staff must get on the ball, be more motivated, at least fake it for the public.
