Loving my new Ford Escape Titanium

Walked in for a test drive and drove out in a new Ford Escape. I had done my homework and test drove a few other vehicles but the folks at Hagerstown Ford made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Everyone was so friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Couldn't have better customer service. I live in Baltimore, but bought my car in Hagerstown and will do so again next time I'm in the market for a new car.
I was very nervous about purchasing a new car, but everyone put me at ease and made it an enjoyable experience. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend Hagerstown Ford. Marcia Jefferies who assisted me with the pre-qualified process was a gem-couldn't have asked for a nice person, Tex the salesman was fantastic and Chris the finance director was super friendly and made the paperwork a snap.
