Very fairly priced, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend iEnergi without hesitation.

iEnergi removed gas central heating, evaporative cooling and all old ductwork in my 20 year old double storey home. They replaced this with a central inverter system with brand new ductwork and numerous return outlets, paired with an 11-zone controller unit.

From first contact, Michael has been knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. We have spent countless hours on the phone exchanging tricky design details. Not once did I ever feel rushed/pressured and this was all prior to a single cent being paid! Furthermore, as a detail-obsessed data person, Michael was fully transparent in providing me all the calculations and data to justify his confidence in the proposed design.

Thanks to the patience and commitment of his team, I managed to minimise the amount of plaster damage done during the ductwork removal/installation process. Nearly everything discussed and planned worked like clockwork.

Jerome, the installer, demonstrated his integrity when he proactively took a photo and shared with me that he had cracked a tile on my roof in an extremely obscure location. He immediately stopped work to go out and purchase a replacement tile to remediate the situation. Integrity like this is in extremely short supply in today's trade industry.

Vatsal, the airflow engineer, was generously collaborating with me over Google worksheets on optimal airflow balancing scenarios, in addition to a few hours spent over the phone imparting his knowledge re thermodynamics.

If I sound like a shill in praising iEnergi, I don't care. This was my experience with them and I'm very happy with the final product. As a first home owner who suffered severe complications with my extensive 10-month renovation, Michael and team have been nothing but understanding and accommodating of my challenges and numerous last minute reschedules due to other trade slippages.
