We just completed a military move and we're assigned this company.
The local movers, who were outsourced, were professional. However, the logistics side was a complete train wreck. They apparently lost the shipment for a few weeks and couldn't tell us where it was, when it might arrive, or anything. Like others have mentioned, the move coordinator was nowhere to be found. They finally notified us 3 weeks AFTER the required delivery date to say "we have it and it will arrive tomorrow". Great. The delivery team, again an outsourced local company, was good. However, we had several items broken or damaged including an oak dining room table which was severely warped (apparently from water) to the point it wasn't able to be put together. We submitted our damage claims and got offered less than half of what the table was worth (with the explanation that they are experts in damaged tables apparently). We tried to reach out to discuss, but (yet again) no one would call back. We ended up taking the settlement just to be done with it.
This entire process has taken months of frustration and a complete lack of care/contact from their end.
If you have any choice, choose someone else. If you got assigned this mover, plan on getting your stuff late, them dragging their feet on everything, and not getting paid what your stuff is worth. Consider this mover assignment a sign from God that you should move yourself.
