I am very pleased with my experience at Toyota Sunnyvale. I made several visits to the New Car and Used Car dealerships, as I was seeking the best value across multiple models for lease or purchase. In the end, I leased a Toyota Corolla. I am very pleased that I ended up with a brand new car with more features than I expected, at a lower price than older model years with fewer features.

LeAnne and Jim were professional, courteous and patient as I test drove multiple models, model years and trim lines. I enjoyed having LeAnne as my salesperson; she addressed my questions and concerns honestly, and even made the experience fun! It was comforting to learn that Toyota sales staff do not work on commissions; this mostly eliminates high-pressure sales tactics.

LeAnne and Jim were dedicated. They tracked down cars within my parameters, including letting me preview some used vehicles that were not yet for sale.

A minor frustration was that when it finally came time to get the financing and lease terms from the sales managers, the term sheet on multiple occasions was higher than what was advertised on TV or the Toyota Sunnyvale website. Fortunately, after a couple iterations, the General Manager agreed to match the lease offer I had seen advertised, both in number and in form (explicitly listing the rebates, cashback, etc. so all the top- and mid-line numbers matched too).

In the end, I got more than I wanted, in a newer model than expected, at the price I needed and saw advertised. LeAnne also kindly and cheerfully delivered the car to me, exactly when and where I needed it, so I didn't have to make a special Lyft to pick up my car at the dealership.
