I wish I could give this company zero stars for it...

I wish I could give this company zero stars for its unprofessionalism and rude staff. Despite after reading several previous bad reviews given by others, I decided to give them a chance to see for myself. I am a business owner and I believe in giving everyone a fair shake of the dice. However, I was appauled when my husband was approached by the warehouse manager Todd Jaffy in which he attempted to scold him regarding an order. Todd is and always has been VERY RUDE and feels as if he can speak to his customers any way he chooses since he feels we need him more than he needs us. I truly feel his demeanor was racially motivated because he was unpleasant everytime we encountered him. However, appeared to be less agressive and alot more pleasant when dealing with Caucasian customers. At a time as such where being African American is seen as just another hashtag I refuse to sit back and allow this behavior to continue. When calling to place our most recent order we were simply told they didn't have any products for us. When we asked the young lady by the name of Lily, did that mean the product was not available. She clearly stated, "the product is available just not to YOU,". We were then told we need to speak with our sales manager, Al. When reaching out to our sales manager Al, we were told day after day he was not available and would return our calls. To this day emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I don't feel as if we should even have had to call Al. As our sales manager and after doing quite a good amount of business despite the terrible customer service, Al should have reached out to us to rectify any problems or concerns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTHSTAR SEAFOOD TO ANYONE! TODD JAFFY AND HIS RACIST AND RUDE BEHAVIOR MUST BE STOPPED!
