(1) Assured me that they were better than Capital ...

(1) Assured me that they were better than Capital Snow Removal because their plows were more gentle on driveways...broke my drain pipe on very first plow.

(2) Plow drove right past me on January 1 while I was breaking my back shovelling slush at the end of the driveway...and he kept on going.

(3) Told me that there's no guarantee that driveways get plowed before people head to work in the morning. (Why the heck did I hire you, then?)

(4) Sent out "fleet" on Snowmaggedon 2016 (February 16) at 11:15 a.m. - missed the entire morning.

(5) When I emailed a query earlier in the winter, I was told to telephone instead. When I tried telephoning on February 16, the phone went straight to voicemail.

(6) I watched SEVEN Capital Snow Removal plows drive past me today while I shovelled my driveway and waited for Kodiak to appear. I shovelled from 4:40 - 6:00. My neighbour used his snowblower on the end of my driveway. When did Kodiak show up? 10:46 p.m.!

Despite the fact that there has been almost no snow all winter and this business has been just sitting on top of customers' money all winter without lifting a finger, when the snow hit, they didn't go even an INCH beyond standard operating procedure.
