Good restaurant with terrace, rooms more than adeq...

Good restaurant with terrace, rooms more than adequate. That applies in terms of the low price and far beyond. No bathtub, no air conditioning ... that's it what's missing. Mini bar (to self-fill) with very good cooling fridge, TV, countless sockets, even USB ports for charging all gadgets, showers lush and instantly hot water spend, windows that you can fully open, nice reception staff, a good breakfast buffet selection and many parking spaces (only 5 / day). This streetcar / subway almost right outside the door ... I have not got more for a long time for such a low price.
