The service/repair department seems to be very disorganized. The first time I came was fine even though it took them considerable amount of time for them to contact me about my car. They said that the number I had on file had been input wrong. I thought it had been fixed because I received a text to review my experience. Recently I took my car here again because I thought it had an oil leak. I made an appointment online (making sure I put in all of the correct information) and took my car in Saturday morning. The rest of Saturday passes, no call. So I think to myself, they were pretty busy maybe they haven't gotten to my car yet , cool. Monday comes and I call early morning asking about my car and there's a wait, so I choose the option for them to call me back. No one calls back. I call them again at mid-day and get in contact with some one, but now they can't find my advisor so they say they'll have them call me back. Again no call back. I call back in the afternoon and I get my advisor's voicemail. I leave my name, phone number, make and model of car. Still no call back. I call again later that night and finally get in contact with someone who states that "we have been trying to contact you all day but all of our calls and text were going unanswered, it looks like we have the wrong number on file for you". At this time I'm thinking that this is totally ridiculous. #1 I scheduled my appointment online with the correct phone number. #2 I thought it was fixed the first time it happened. #3 Even if they had been trying to contact me, how could no one have told them that there has been someone calling all day about that exact car. I don't know if there was some sort of major miscommunication or if they were just outright lying to me because my car hadn't been looked at yet. I would have rather they have just told me they weren't finished. I didn't know what to think because my car was there for 2 days when all they said it needed was an oil change and an engine oil filter replacement. To make matters worse, after a representative sent me a text telling me when my car would be ready and another text to review my experience, at pickup my contact number was still wrong at the top of my invoice.
After dealing with all the stress of just getting in contact with someone and all of the run around, I've decided that I will no longer be bringing my car here.
