I was here at the Novotel for a day. The rooms were good and spacious. But the constant sound that comes from the ac was very annoying. One of the lifts were not properly detecting the keycards. There were problems with the shower knobs and the water taps. The rooms have good outside views. The food items felt ok, not great. I asked the staff to take care of my luggage. I lost the tag they gave and I had to go through a long process of interrogation . Matches a 2.5 star hotel.
