First time taking my truck to Sill-Terhar as I purchased it from another dealer. I had some issues with their service department, wont say who but they are in Brighton . Anyway, strange haunted noises coming from the rear end of my Raptor so I make an appointment. I need to drop it off a day and a half early and as I meet the service tech I realize that they can t find my appointment that I had made three weeks earlier. Turns out to be a spelling error. What does Nick do? Checks me in without a hassle. Then get this, asks if he could go for a ride with me so he can hear the noise. During the ride he gets out and has me pull away to see if he can also hear it from outside of the truck. I m perplexed! This guy actually cares!? Not only that but is very funny and I trust him. You got back to me with updates sooner than my appointment date was scheduled and didn t leave me hanging. Sill-Terhar replaced all the gears in my differential, returned my truck clean and clearly explained the work that was done under warranty. So thank you Nick Karichowsky, the flying Hawaiian rugby dude and the most excellent technician AA-Ron for making this customer very happy!
