Bought a Corolla in 2012 from here. Was OK at first until having to work with the service department. These guys could care less about our vehicles. I had brake issues and needed it fixed. I was told it was "normal" for them to squeel like they did. And if I wanted, go get a second opinion. Excuse me? I paid for Care Plus and Extended Warranty among other useless crap. I'm no idiot and I knew they were full of it. After contacting the GM, they had my brakes fixed. Or so I thought. Few months went by and here I am again trying to deal with this service department. This time my lady goes in, expecting a loaner car after being told one would be available. Nope. It's was a Saturday and they proceeded to tell us that their "rental" department was closed on the weekends. What!? So we had to waste away our Saturday plans cause of their error. After complaining about this to the manager in charge, he took it upon himself to call Enterprise car rental. Why would we pay for a car rental? He told us if it was a problem, he could go get our car and we could go elsewhere. Thanks Toyota for helping us! What a joke!

Also be careful of the bait and switch the financial department tries to do when financing your vehicle. They will try to tell you that you will have to get the extended warranty and care plus package for maintenance just to be qualified for Toyota financial services(in house financing) due to having NO credit. Well this is a scam. They proceed to tell you, you can get all those services refunded a couples years after on time payments if unused. But what they don't tell you is you will be paying serious money on the interest of those unused services. Oh and on top of that, they charged me for LowJack that was never installed. I never wanted it. I think they snuck it into my contract cause they thought I was at risk of defaulting on my loan so they wanted to sneak the unit into the vehicle without disclosure. Scammers. Be aware folks. I will be reporting this to corporate as well.
