I ordered a matcha set from Good and Proper for a Christmas gift. The bowl was unfortunately broken in the post (by no fault of Good and Proper) but the team responded right away to my email and made it right. Very friendly staff and the matcha is one of the best ones that I've had. Would highly recommend :)
