After talking to Lauren- I remember why we chose to work with her in the first place. She was able to piece together what happened and I believe this is just problematic of my former partnership. There were holes in both processes because the pandemic caused several issues everywhere. I highly recommend Brock Media.

Before talking to Lauren*******I m not sure how to feel about Brock Media. On one hand I have known and worked with Lauren and she s a great person for sure. She is a strong believer in people and personal relationships but on the other hand I do deserve a heads up on delayed charges that hit my account as a small business friend.

I did have a beautiful ad and was assisted by their in house design team who did well while I was pressed to get an ad submitted. I just didn t feel like anyone knew who I was or why I got billed strangely 6 months later as a result of the pandemic. As a small business owner myself, I admit to not knowing how to approach things from a billing perspective completely, but this was uncaring.
