I called on Wednesday with my requests. The person who answered apparently sent a detailed email with my requests since everyone was busy... never received a callback. Called yesterday and left info. again. The person I spoke to was going to "get to the bottom" of the situation since there is an outside agency who takes calls. I did not hear from her after the fact. I called today, and the person who answered the phone could not get ahold of the two "Geniuses" on staff. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
