They took us rafting in November! When no other rafting outfitter was open or would be bothered with answering their phones (or even mentioning they maybe closed for the season), H2O answered, delivered straightforward expectations, gave us all the gear we needed, and gave us the same experience I'd imagine they provide every day of the season.
