This place is beyond garbage. You can never get anyone of the phone. The doctors do not care about your condition, they don't care about your medication or your prior treatment. All they will do is talk to you for 5 to 10 min, they wound even TOUCH YOU. It took over 5 weeks and 3 ER visits for them to actually check me. Then after they found the cause, they rejected my please of pain, they wouldn't even bother to do an MRI.

All I got was an xray that the doctor didn't even look at because she left for the day.
THE ER IN DALLAS FINALLY DID AN MRI AND FOUND A COMPRESSED DISK.

According to DR. virrimi everyone has back and neck pain so it'S not serious. I just need to exercise. Oh and they took me off medications I've been on for years, without warning or reason.

The receptionists ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE.
THEY WILL GET UPSET IF YOU ASK THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY WILL SNEER AND GO TO THEIR COLLEAGUES AND WILL SPEAK BAD ABOUT THE PATIENTS.

THESE ARE VETERANS. THIS IS NOT HEALTHCARE, THIS IS THE GOVERNMENT CHECKING THE BOX BY SAYING THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF VETERANS.
