Amazing service.
Problem: A number of my window screens are in need of replacement. The windows were installed by a prior owner -- at least 20 years before... (and I didn't know make/model...anything.)
Research of the window design (on YouTube) led me to Harvey's.

The rep at Harvey's pointed me to where the ID information would be on the installed units and I was able to provide details on the order. To my surprise and delight, they still had the original window order in their system from the prior home owner... from 1993. (!)

I ordered a "test" screen -- to see how it would work. The rep advised that the design had changed since then, but, with the specific order info, the fit should be fine.
Result: A perfect fit -- and this is for a classic "This Old House" where standard measurements are not exactly standard, and I couldn't say how many different sizes of window I have. Let's just say... many.

The whole experience was positive end to end (from initial call to pick up). I did feel a little silly going to the loading dock to pick up my one little screen, but I will happily be going back for more.

Related note: the original window units themselves (all double pane, tilt in), are in great shape, over 25 years later...
