Brought my 2015 gmc canyon with a flat tire. They repaired the flat buy didn't tighten up the spare back properly so now the rear axle seal is being repaired. When I was trying to get OEM windshield replaced, they kept insisting on after market with a $100 upcharge over any other glass place. When trying to organise insurance paperwork for the windshield I was given quite the run around until I mentioned I would go to another dealership then miraculously the paperwork appeared. I bought the truck from Brian McLean GM on Vancouver island who treated each customer like gold which is why I went to GM. They take the concept of stealer-ship to a whole different level. $43 to look at a piece of trim, even though I told them the piece had something wrong with it. Doesn't take $43 to figure that out.
