very kind, polite and seemingly serious .... while everything is going well and there is no problem with the patient ....

when problems and claims arise, they wash their hands after having taken your money; and the same "service" of "care" to the patient, which you have to be calling to answer your claim and at the nth attempt all your "attention" is to disregard it and get over your law firm .....

After many years of attending this clinic, I and several members of my family will never return.
