Bait and switch. Advertised as car loan going by the name loan express. The woman called and even confirmed my loan. Got there and they sell cars. it's really harr toyota, and they have a separate little building on Millbrook st that does their financing. I said i thought I was coming for a car loan, and the guy that works there crinkled up his face and said in a nasty voice, we aren't a loan company. Omg, whackjobs!
