Thompsons Station, TN - Had a great experience with Matthew Gordon (Account Rep) and Technician Eddie on the selection and installation of our new home security system, SMART Home Features and cameras. Matthew sat down and listened to our concerns and the needs we wanted for our home, he was able to tailor a package that fit our needs perfectly. Matthew worked a deal that we felt was a lot better than most of the other services offered in our area. Eddie was at our home the same day and installed all of our equipment and consulted us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. Eddie walked us thru all the setup, and operation of all our equipment. Overall great experience and I would recommend this service to any our family, friends, & neighbors. This system has definitely gave us piece of mind that our home and property is protected.
