Appreciate Brian's (Service Manager) willingness to address a tough issue over the phone with me today. We found middle ground and I appreciate his tact, tone and humility. It was impressive to hear him state how he wanted to learn from a a tough service issue and integrate the break-down in service into training opportunities for others so that something similar doesn't happen again. Respect earned.
