My wife and I purchased a CX-9 from Mazda of Clear Lake in April of this year. The salesman (Kenneth Froisy) told us that our Touring Edition should have a hitch on it and he did not know why it was not on the vehicle. He told us that we could go ahead and make the purchase and we could come in on the following week and get the hitch installed. Well it has now been three months and no hitch. I have talked to (Kenneth Froisy) the salesman several times and have copies of the e-mails that were sent between the two of us but it has done me no good. At this time he (Kenneth Froisy) will not answer my calls or answer my e-mails. I have called the sales manager (Dustin Simon) and he said that there is nothing they can do to help me out. I called the Mazda main office and talked to Kevin and he ran my VIN number and told me that he could not help me either. This was our first Mazda and it will be the last. This is the worst customer service that I have ever gotten from any car dealer. Very unprofessional!!! If you are reading this review, please let everyone know not to purchase a vehicle from Mazda of Clear Lake, they promise you something and you never get it.
