Absolutely loved it here. Will without question get a room here next time I'm in Dallas. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Very clean, and beautifully presented.

Their comforter is the best I've ever used. The weight of it hugs me, and the fabric is incredibly soft and silky. I love it, so intensely. Wonderful choice of pillow firmness. The carpet is short but velvety plush.

Hosted a seminar in their Austin rooms, and it was also very nicely set up, with plenty of beverage choices. Had a small issue with a faulty Ethernet cord borrowed from the hotel, but that did not make or break the presentation. The support staff for the event were absolutely on point, and very polite.
