The gardens and hot houses are lovely but the venue garden suite and other function rooms are cold in bad order with little housekeeping. Toilets don't flush, dryers don't work only one toilet (disabled) was open today in main entrance for stallholders it didn't flush and hand dryer didn't work it was disgusting. The Costa cafe was totally understaffed and we had to queue for over 30 minutes for coffee at 10.00 and again at 2.45, dreadful.
