They were waiting for me curbside. Checked me in immediately. Drea Ervin was incredibly nice and helpful. They drove me home to springfield while they checked into my check engine light and replaced my airbag sensor (which had a recall). Drea called me soon after to let me know what they saw under the hood of my car and gave me the basics of what the parts needing replaced do for my car. Not much later they picked me up from home and drove me to my car which now runs like new. Thanks to my Service Specialist Drea Ervin and Certified Technician Rob Baker.
