My husband and I just moved in earlier this month and there was an issue with a leaking air conditioner that was leaving standing water in our entryway and a valve issue that failed to give our bathtub hot water. Once connected through the rental company's portal, Ana connected us with fantastic support from BiPolar A/C and Alex from AP ProHome Services. Alex and the gentlemen from BiPolar both diagnosed the issue, left to get parts, and returned that same day and fixed their respective issues. Ana was kind enough to follow-up with us to ensure we were satisfied--and we were. For us, it was a simple process. While we have only been here for two weeks, we are grateful for the support from our rental company and from the individuals they contacted.
