Received a recall for my Chrysler 300 Airbags. The tech Matt did the work more-less damaged my dash board and tried to lie and say it was hanging when I brought the car in, this is impossible because the steering wheel is between the dash. The Manager tried his best to avoid taking responsibility for the error of his tech, but after a few battles back and forth from one of the honest workers (I hate I forgot to get your name) the manager agreed to replace the part, well this was 3 weeks ago and no one has contacted me yet, so I decided to call them i spoke with Taylor/Tyler and this young man stated," my parts had been there, but he never received the work order...... Wow. So I explained to Tyler/Taylor that I was no longer in Michigan City,In. Tyler spoke with his Manager Jason and Jason told Tyler to tell me that they couldn't ship the parts to another dealership near me, so now I have to drive back to MC. This was a horrible experience and I will never go here again, and please keep Matt away from your vehicles!!!
