Wish I could have given -1 Stars!

Engineer was not prepared to complete the job. He did not possess adequate resources or equipment for the job, despite me having clearly stated the job required on the phone to their phone advisor. We had a window that required replacing, however, he was not able to do this. When we asked for a discount they hid behind legal documentation. This was in spite of the fact that the Terms and Conditions were not stated to ourselves prior to the job taking place. During my complaint procedure, it appeared as though this should have been done in advance of the work taking place. We queried this but to no avail. Would 100% not recommend this company. I have never written a review of a company online before as always thought it was a waste of my time, however, I felt compelled to do so on this occasion due to the severe incompetence of the engineer and the lack of understanding displayed by the Customer Service team. However, the Customer Service advisor was very knowledgeable, so at least the organisation have got something going for them! Apologies for the negativity!
