Personally all pleasant, yet I called out to company employees who were passing by, to ask them about another company, everyone was smiling and took the time to answer me, I made the wrong terminal and I thought that his was a disaster, once again in less than 3min a shuttle dropped me off the other terminal, staff just as pleasant, fast boarding ...
