All the staff I interacted with were very helpful and attentive, the doctors and nurses gave clear explanations and listened to my concerns. My one complaint is fairly minor but becomes increasingly frustrating if you have to spend a significant amount of time there: some of their internet usage restrictions don't make sense. I understand that this is a quasi-public space and some restrictions are necessary, but I was having things like video essays about music theory blocked by their network settings, and other content that I can't imagine any reason to restrict. And when you're trying not to physically exert yourself, not having access to things to keep your mind occupied becomes very frustrating very quickly.

Edit: Thank you for the response! I appreciate you forwarding my minor frustration, but to be clear, this wasn't a bandwidth issue, it was a restriction issue. The internet was reliable while I was there, it was only that content I wanted to access was blocked. Specifically, I was getting the message "this video is restricted. Try signing in with a Google Apps account." I was already signed in with a google apps account, and when I looked up this issue the results all indicated that this indicated a deliberate restriction set at the network level. Hope this helps!
