Response to owner: coming from the service/sales industry, I am very familiar with a busy staff, I feel like the two sales people were not interested in spending time with my wife and I because our budget was only $20-25,000 and wanted a small 16-20ft pontoon. It is not a big deal, there are plenty of places that will gladly take my disposable income. I was just trying to support a local business.
