Sleep really badly for once and really bad service...

Sleep really badly for once and really bad service. I arrived and was greeted with a completely incorrectly prepared registration form at check-in, even though our Chinese colleague registered everything in advance. It contained all the personal data of a foreign German and I was supposed to write my data over his.
They gave me and my colleague who was traveling with me rooms next to each other. When entering the room, they were completely overheated, as is usual in China, and an attempt to turn it down also failed. The attempt to lock the room door unfortunately also failed due to a mechanical defect. Since I was very ko from the trip, I took a shower and then drove to the Executive Lounge to work with my colleagues there. The staff were nice and helpful.
I then described my problems with the door to my Chinese colleagues, who then presented my concern. The hotel then promised me a new room with an upgrade as compensation. I then packed my things in the room and went to dinner.
When I asked at the reception, I got a new room key on my return and was excited about my new room.
Nothing happened with regard to the upgrade, I was in the same room and apart from my suitcases, nothing happened. But there was a little fruit!
I was really disappointed because I know it completely different from other hotels and also much more appreciative.
At breakfast, the service staff put the opened jam jars back in the stands on the table.

When checking out I was asked if everything was okay, I said no, but apart from I'm sorry, nothing came up. Only when a German-speaking employee at the reception heard the conversation did she apologize and say that she cannot save anything for this visit but that she will make a note of something for my next visit.
I am very disappointed with the Kempinski in Beijing.
