What fantastic customer service

What fantastic customer service
Tap broke on the urn we use for a homeless shelter, called Dpr - a guy called Ricky - I told him I had lost invoice, he promptly looked on his system found the invoice, immediately asked me to bring back urn, replaced with a smile, job done fantastic customer service
