Review of Adelaide BMW

Just sharing my experience with this dealer. Bough...

Just sharing my experience with this dealer. Bought a car unseen from Adelaide BMW as I normally trusted BMW dealer. Nego and paper work process is typical and easy no drama there.

As usual sale person assured me car was very new and i trusted that. 2020 complied with only 5000km.

Car arrived Sydney later and I found some wheel curb rash and stone chips. Thats totally acceptable as its a used car although this was never mentioned by the sale person.

The unacceptable thing is there is a big white mark on the dash that reflected on the windscreen. I see it within 5min sitting in the car. And it can not be cleaned or removed.

Contact the saleperson and he said he had no idea.

So from my point of view, they either never check the car probably or trying to sell the car no matter what.

If i know about this mark I would never made this purchase. I have to take this car to my detailer and he confirm that the white mark has been baked in on to the dash and can not be removed. At the end of the day, i have to find my own way to cover up so i can not see it any more.

In the mean time, Adl BMW made no effort to make this right, will not compensate my time and effort to cover it up. Saleperson suggested that they already discount the car and asked me if I want to take it to another detailer. However, i found its not worth my time any more as i know this can not be fixed. And the dealer has walked away from this case.

At the end its probably my fault for buying the car unseen but I advise potential customer to be careful when dealing with this dealer. Avoid my mistake.
