1. Check In/Out Representative:

1. Check In/Out Representative:
Check in representative informed us we are assigned to city view. We are assigned to room 508 which does not have any view but a plain wall which is really disappointing with the mis-information. Informed the check out representative and she did not answer and avoided my statement by being busy in processing our check out. Though it is only for one night, I would not expect this kind of service.
Note : Both check in/out representative was the same person.

2. Bathroom.
There are strands of hair in the bathroom floor!

3. Bed sheet under the comforter.
Not clean with specks of dust. Woke up with allergies all over my body.

4. Breakfast.
Used to love the breakfast at Jen. This time round quality has dropped quite abit.

5. Concierge.
Very friendly and excellent service. Unfortunately I am not able to remember the gentleman's name. We were not sure of our way to Prangin Mall, he walked us to the venue to show us the way. This is what top notched service is all about - every little gesture counts.

6. Overall experience.
I had stayed in Jen Hotel in the past, service and quality was much better with exception to the concierge team which gave excellent experience.
As part of the Shangri-la group, I would assume the quality across the hotels should be consistent.
