Had a hard inquiry come up on my wife and I. We definitely have not applied for anything together since we already own a home and vehicles. I called them directly and the only way to get information would be to write them a letter requesting a report. With today's technology and then obviously having access to my social security number if it wasn't fraudulent it would have some type of information available electronically. You have enough information to run a hard inquiry but not enough to verify who's calling in order to disclose who's requesting. If your intentions are to truly to help consumers then this type of issue could easily be resolved. So you were reported as fraud and forwarded to my attorneys. Sending letters is what they get paid to do not me.
