Great hotel and location however very very disappointed in the staff. I wanted to extend my stay as the room for another night and asked the front desk person named Ladorah, who informed me to contact a 1-877 number and then when I contacted that number I was transferred back to the front desk where Ladorah not only told me she was too busy to help but said to just leave a message for someone else to assist. Highly disappointed in the customer service and will NOT RETURN to this establishment again. Note to the hotel please hire employees who care about their job and who won t pass the buck on their duties.
