I have not been to the Karndean show room before so didn't know what to expect, but i was extremely impressed with the experience. There is a huge range of flooring styles and types to choose from and these are all laid out in the showroom in sections on the floor so you can more easily see how different styles might look.
Our appointment was with Alex who was excellent and highly knowledgeable. He walked us through the numerous options in a very logical way and explained the differences between various types and styles which was a great help in enabling us to narrow our choices down. He was very happy to answer our questions and spent time to ensure that everything had been covered.
Highly recommended, the sheer amount of choice could be a bit mind-blowing but the professional way in which you are steered through the process from start to finish during your appointment is very impressive.
