Absolutely horrible, it s a great way to fool people into thinking that it saves you time and it s easier to avoid normal cabs. My Careem captain shows up at the wrong address and then when he finally arrives the ride has been canceled by the phone officer. Finally the officer told me that there was another captain on the way but since the supply is short it would Take some time. All this while I m being roasted outside in this summer. Never using careem again. #cabsforlife #nocareem
