I booked in for a pamper session for my partner and I. We both had massages, which were amazing. I also booked pedicure for him, manicure and pedicure for me... Hhmmm I asked if I had a trainee???? .the YOUNG lass was very pleasant but clueless..she sat in the light, casting a shadow over my hands, her hair kept getting in the way. No hand wash first, no nail clean I landed up almost filing one of my own nails as she couldn't see it was being filed into an angle. No hand soak, no cleaning off from filing, the "exfoliating" was comical..as she dabbed the smallest of pea sizes cream onto the back of my hands and 'dabbed' it off with the towel, the cutical Cream was just as small, which meant the skin hadn't softened enough to push cuticals back. The undercoat was gluepy and ridged. The main colour went on OK, but the the 'fast drying drops' went everywhere but the nails.... Then it was pedicure time.... Removed old nail varnish, so glad I was having a new dark colour!!! Filed, well tickeled The nails. Used the emerary pad on heels only, which lasted all of 20 seconds, the put on some foot exfoliating cream...by dabbing it onto the top of my feet, not touching any dry hard skin on the soles...Only when I asked about soaking my feet did she remember to actually fill the blooming bowl and place them in..30 seconds later out they came, the whole cutical sarger happened again. And the paint went on, and she ran out of 'quick dry drops'.... I wudnt normally have complained, but my partner was sat in the next cubical and seemed to have the works.... Never have I felt so stressed when getting a manicure/pedicure...never ever ever will I go there again. Management gave me the manicure for free stressing it's 'Halousic Treatment'........
